We’ve got you covered with our monthly installation of #BUROEats, where we guide you to the best additions to our local dining landscape. REXKL is ushering in a new era for its beloved food hall, aptly renamed to Food Fiction, where a handful of new tenants are setting up shop. Among the arrivals is Raijin, specialising in hearty bowls of ramen and fresh kushiyaki. If soup slurps and skewers are your thing, then you have to add this eatery to the top of your list. On the menu, you’ll find a carefully crafted selection of noodle bowls alongside some juicy kushiyaki staples. We’re loving the sound of its Hakata-style ramen with pork bone broth and shrimp balls made with Sekinchan sea prawns. On the kushiyaki end, we think you’ll love its pork neck, pork belly, and chicken skin.

Canele and baked goods experts Summation have also landed at REXKL’s Food Fiction with its delectable creations. Coming to you from the team behind stationery brand Summorie, Summation has popped up in its minimalist and charming space. This is its second location, after its pioneer branch in Seri Kembangan. Its matcha canelé is a crowd favourite, but you can’t go wrong with its madeleines and financiers either. Still can’t decide? Order its CaMaFi Set for one of its canelés, madeleines, and financiers each. Alternatively, if you’re committed to the canelés cause, then get a box of its Canelé Set.

A specialist in the British staple, this Wisma Cosway eatery promises light and crispy battered fish alongside freshly fried chips.
