Beca Tea is now brewing at Damansara Uptown, founded by a Malaysian family that has traded tea in a Chinatown store since the early 1930s. Drawing from the familyâs five-generation expertise, the new cavern expands its legacy with innovative tea offerings that span from nitro-charged tea to cha-kigori. Although the space is mainly set up for grab-and-go orders, its minimalist, natural tea-toned interiors boast an aesthetic appeal that will surely attract social media shutterbugs.Â

2. Locus

Locus is the latest restaurant in Damansara Jaya, launched by the same team behind Li and Provisions. Positioned as a place to create and collaborate, Locus celebrates âall things food, drinks, workshops, and hospitality experiences.â The homey space is currently open only three days a week and offers a five-course seasonal menu curated by Chef Lim Heng Kit, boasting generous portions and contemporary flavours that showcase the best of local produce.Â

Originally established in Batu Pahat, Johor, A’rest just soft-launched its first KL outpost in Bukit Jalil last month. Distinguished by its soothing green storefront and warm, wooden interiors, the new cafe offers a calming ambience to dine, drink and rest with your favourite company. 4. Bacha Coffee
Following months of anticipation, Bacha Coffee finally opened its doors in Suria KLCC on 28 September to much fanfare. Spanning 7,000 square feet of space, the first ever Bacha Coffee in Malaysia features a boutique, takeaway counter, and coffee roomâall adorned in the heritage Moroccan brandâs iconic orange and gold interiors. The concept accommodates up to 92 guests across its store-exclusive private dining rooms and outdoor terrace thatâs surrounded by emerald-coloured lattices and verdant greenery. As for the menu, expect an extensive range of coffee sourced from producers all over the world, signature filled croissants, and other brunch classics.Â

5. Good News Pizza

7. The Eternal Cafe
