Celebrating the best of fandom and culture-defining storytelling from the streaming platform, Netflix’s Tudum 2025 was a star-studded affair, as celebrities attended to offer sneak peeks and trailers for beloved and upcoming new projects.

The first look at the final games in Squid Game Season 3
The show opened with a thrilling dance performance featuring the iconic pink guards from Squid Game before cast members Lee Jung-jae (Gi-Hun), Lee Byung-hun (Front Man), Park Sung-hoon (Player 120), Kang Ae-sim, and Choi Seung-hyun AKA T.O.P took to the stage.
They treated fans to the exclusive debut of the Squid Game Season 3 trailer, offering fans a first look at the type of deathly games featured in the show. Squid Game will come to an epic finale on 27 June, only on Netflix.
Benoit Blanc is back to solve another mystery
Get ready for another twisty whodunnit as Knives Out expands its franchise with another instalment featuring a new ensemble cast and its most complex murder mystery yet.
At Netflix Tudum 2025, the cast of Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery—Daniel Craig, Glenn Close, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner, Kerry Washington, Cailee Spaeny, and Daryl McCormack —and write-director Rian Johnson shared a sneak peek of the film and announced that it will premiere globally on Netflix on 12 December 2025.
A new member joins the One Piece pirate crew
Can’t wait to see the Straw Hats resume their adventures towards the Grand Line? Things are about to get more exciting for everyone’s favourite band of pirates because a new member is joining in season 2!
One Piece Cast members Iñaki Godoy, Mackenyu, Emily Rudd, Jacob Romero and Taz Skylar shared an exclusive preview of the upcoming season and surprised audiences with a first look at fan-favourite Tony Tony Chopper, voiced by Mikaela Hoover. Season 2 will premiere on Netflix in 2026.

The air turned chilly when the members of The Addams family—Jenna Ortega, Luis Guzmán, Joanna Lumley, Fred Armisen, and Isaac Ordonez—showed up in all-black to reveal the first six minutes of the highly anticipated second season of Wednesday. Part 1 and Part 2 premiere on 6 August and 3 September, respectively.
In another piece of exciting news, it was also revealed that Mother Monster and camp queen Lady Gaga will be a guest star in Part 2 of Season 2, playing the mysterious and enigmatic Rosaline Rotwood, a legendary Nevermore teacher who crosses paths with Wednesday.
Lady Gaga graced the stage to celebrate the news with a medley of her songs, including ‘Zombieboy’, ‘Bloody Mary’, and ‘Abracadabra’. We can’t see a person more fitting than Lady Gaga to join the Wednesday universe!
Mark your calendars for Stranger Things Season 5
Everyone is wondering when they can expect the fifth and final season of Stranger Things to drop. At Netflix Tudum 2025, stars Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, and Caleb McLaughlin paid homage to the iconic show’s legacy and finally answered the burning question by revealing the official premiere dates for season 5.
The upcoming season will be released on Netflix across three premiere dates with four episodes on 26 November, three episodes on Christmas (25 December), and the final episode on New Year’s Eve (31 December).
Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein comes alive
Mary Shelley’s iconic book, Frankenstein, has seen countless adaptations and auteur Guillermo del Toro is the latest director to give the science fiction thriller his own go. At Netflix Tudum 2025, Jacob Elordi delivered a pre-recorded message before del Toro, Oscar Isaac, and Mia Goth took the stage.
The director detailed his personal journey to making the film, whilst the cast described their incredible experience making the film, before leading up to an electrifying look at the film’s teaser trailer. Frankenstein premieres this November.
Matt Damon and Ben Affleck lead tense crime thriller, The Rip
Longtime Hollywood best friends and collaborators Matt Damon and Ben Affleck have joined forces in their latest project together, titled The Rip. The iconic duo were joined by cast members Steven Yeun, Teyana Taylor, and Catalina Sandino Moreno to drop a pulse-pounding teaser for the crime thriller. While the teaser is only available to watch in the Netflix Tudum stream, you can catch Damon and Affleck meeting the Cookie Monster below.
The Rip follows a team of Miami cops whose trust begins to fray upon the discovery of millions in cash in a derelict stash house. Everything is called into question, including who they can rely on. The film will premiere globally on Netflix on 16 January 2026.
