Welcome to the inaugural #BUROBootcamp, our one-stop-shop to keep you fit and toned while we get closer to (hopefully) the end of Covid-19. As gyms slowly reopen across Malaysia under strict CMCO SOPs, many may still not be entirely comfortable with the idea of working out in a packed gym or attending group gym classes, at least not until more people get their vaccinations.
For those of you who need a quick pick-me-up before restarting your usual gym routines or just keen to try working out from home, we've got you covered. Here are some easy, bodyweight exercises that you can do from the comfort of your living room—or even in a quiet gym space. This #BUROBootcamp will be instructed by Jacob Weber. He runs an IG account called Kinetic Diabetic, where he openly shares how he copes with having diabetes, as well as numerous "how-to" guides when it comes to both food and fitness.
