It's not impossible to get that bikini body when you put your mind to it. Here are three easy workouts you can do at home, in a hotel room or on the beach

You've got your beach holiday destination sorted and picked out the right swimsuit according to your body type. Next item on the pre-getaway itinerary? Working out to get your body bikini/swimsuit-ready. It sounds tough but it really depends on what kind of exercises you choose to do. Remember: Baby steps. We round up a variety of workouts you can do that ranges from eight to 30 minutes. Take your pick. 


1. An 8-minute cardio routine

Eight HIIT moves in eight minutes which you can easily fit into your daily schedule. 


2. Under 20-minute total body workout

She's one of the most subscribed Youtube channels in Malaysia and Joanna Soh's workout routine targets to get you bikini-body ready in four weeks. No equipments needed.


3. A full 28-minute bikini-body workout

If you would like a total body workout, give Kayla Itsines's 28-minute high-intensity circuit training a go.
