The holidays are just around the corner, and since everyone is in a festive mood—and possibly gift-hunting—we invited several Friends of BURO to the Gucci Beauty store at Suria KLCC for an intimate deep dive into Gucci Beauty’s latest holiday collection.
Titled #GucciBeautyWishes, a selection of the house’s best-selling products was decked in exclusive limited-edition prints and colours, and as expected, the packaging did not disappoint. While drinks and champagne were served all around, it was the gorgeous beauty looks and products that served the best. To demonstrate, Nicholas Tan, Education Manager for Gucci Beauty Malaysia, put them to good use on our lovely model of the day, Athina Kamarudin.

Here are some of the Gucci Beauty products that everyone got to try during the #BUROxGucciBeauty event:
Limited-edition Gucci Rouge à Lèvres Lunaison
The first show-stopping product in the holiday collection is the limited-edition Gucci Rouge à Lèvres Lunaison. Like the shimmering specks of snow that catch the first morning light, the satin lipsticks come with flickering pearl glitter and gold specks to bring magic and cheer to every lipstick lover.
The Rouge à Lèvres Lunaison dresses lips with a multi-dimensional effect and a glitter finish in two key shades of red: 505 Janet Rust and 515 Devotion. The first is a rosebud shade with coral undertones, perfect for daily wear whilst the latter is the classic Old Hollywood-red made for festive glam. The lightweight and moisturising products can also be used on your cheeks.
Gucci Cushion De Beauté
Another crowd-favourite amongst our guests is the high-performing Gucci Cushion De Beauté with its festive packaging. Giving your skin the warmth of a joyful glow, the best-selling cushion is infused with caring properties—anti-pollution, antioxidant, anti-blue light, and SPF—and delivers lightweight moisture. Its medium coverage allows you to build and blend seamlessly, so your skin still looks like skin—but this time, with a holiday glow. Designed in an exclusive geometric Gucci print in sparkly pink and green tones, the Gucci Cushion De Beauté is available in three shades, 01, 02, and 03.
Gucci Beauty Blush De Beauté
Making good stocking stuffers, another standout was the Gucci Beauty Blush De Beauté, the house’s first powder blush that can be used for both cheeks and eyes. Featuring six gorgeous shades, the hydrating, ultra-thin powder is infused with shea butter, hyaluronic acid and black rose oil. The resulting effect is a beautiful second-skin feel. Their best-selling shades are 03 and 04, which are said to suit light to deeper skin tones. Bringing extra sparkle, the powders come in an adorable coral case adorned with gold stars.
Gucci Flora
The #GucciBeautyWishes collection also shines the spotlight on the iconic Gucci Flora fragrances. Namely, Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Eau de Parfum and Gucci Flora Gorgeous Jasmine Eau de Parfum. The first has whimsical notes of white Gardenia, Jasmine Grandiflorum Absolute, pear blossom accord, and a touch of brown sugar that will make holiday memories even sweeter.
The Gorgeous Jasmine fragrance is for the party-goers with its radiant composition of Grandiflorum Jasmine, Mandarin Essence and Magnolia Accord blended with base notes of sandalwood and benzoin, for the perfect mix of sensuality and fun. Each bottle is designed in Gucci Beauty’s emblematic Flora pattern with a magical touch. Both of which make for great gifts this festive season.
