Casual-fine eatery Locus is joining forces with the minds behind Langit Collective to bring you a Sunday lunch like no other. The former is a boutique food distributor known for sourcing some of Malaysia’s most loved ingredients. This Chinese New Year-inspired lunch will see dishes that champion ingredients from Langit Collective itself—curated by the group’s Chan Zi Xiang—such as ikan bilis and lotus root soup with scallion oil, Langit claypot salleh rice, and mandarin orange skin sorbet with nian gao.

Presenting Beca Tea’s World Flavour of the Month: Dragon Baby. Created with Chinese New Year in mind, the drink pays homage to this year’s Chinese zodiac sign of the dragon. The base of the drink is an earthy Yunnan pu’er tea infused with citrus-y tangerine peels. Adding to the celebratory flavours are dragon fruits, longan, and more twirls of tangerine, brought together with pure milk for some richness. Topping it off are peach pop rocks and dairy-free assam jawa foam for some extra festive flair. There are only about two weeks left for you to try this drink, so grab one before it’s too late!
