This trend not only highlights the unique style and magnetic appeal of these stars but also marks a step towards greater inclusivity in the industry. With anticipation building for future announcements, here are six K-pop idols who have already secured brand ambassador roles this year alone.

Celine recently named Danielle as the brand’s latest global ambassador. The French label announced the news on X, featuring a monochromatic image of the South Korean-Australian singer elegantly attired in the House’s Chelsea jacket, seamlessly paired with the Paris boxy T-shirt and denim jeans. While there are no further details disclosed on Danielle’s next steps with the brand, she will serve as a spokesperson alongside V of BTS and Park Bo-gum for the brand.

In early February this year, Versace revealed Ningning as its newest global brand ambassador. The Aespa member had already forged ties with the Italian label before the announcement, having graced the House’s La Vacanza pop-up store in Seoul and the Versace Icons Dinner in Shanghai. Of the appointment, the Chinese singer shares: “I feel a new strong attitude when I wear Versace, and I’m excited to share it with everyone in the hope that they too feel confident to share their own strength and power.”

Just a few weeks after attending Louis Vuitton’s menswear show in Paris, Bambam has been appointed as the ambassador of the Maison. In a video shared on Instagram, the Thai-born rapper shared his enthusiasm for becoming a part of the Louis Vuitton family and expressed his admiration for Pharrell’s contribution to the brand. The Got7 member now joins the likes of Jackson Wang, Riize, Felix of Stray Kids and J-Hope of BTS as the face of the brand.

Jisoo’s influence in the industry expands further as she takes on the role of the latest ambassador for Alo Yoga. Headlining the Spring 2024 collection, the Blackpink member sports an assortment of looks that sets the tone for upcoming releases in the first half of the year. Reflecting on the partnership, the South Korean singer expresses, “This partnership with Alo felt like the perfect match because my health and wellness have always been a priority for me. I love to move whenever I have the time, especially with Yoga or Pilates.”

Leading up to her comeback with (G)I-DLE, Yuqi has been chosen as the brand ambassador for Fendi in China. This appointment solidifies the established relationship as the Chinese singer has been a prominent presence at various Fendi events, including the Women’s FW24 show in Milan, the opening of Fendi Qingdao HiSense Plaza, and most recently, the pop-up store featuring the brand’s collaboration with Frgmt and Pokemon in Chengdu, China. In addition, Yuqi has graced numerous stages and magazine covers, showcasing the House’s iconic ready-to-wear looks and bags.

The South Korean singer steals the spotlight in the Malaysia-based label’s SS24 campaign, where she is portrayed in a dreamy exploration of her private moments away from the public eye. The campaign captures her multifaceted personality and emotions, unfolding through various settings—from a vanity room to an art gallery—all within the canvas of her daydreams. When asked about the appointment, the Twice member shares: “I fell in love with Bonia and their latest range of bags because it gives me a sense of romance and they have a wide variety of styles and designs that suit any occasion. I hope my fans will love what Bonia and I have worked on together!”
