Singapore-based Chef Lino may introduce himself as a ‘traditional village boy’ (he was born and raised in Sicily), but to the culinary world, he is the award-winning chef-owner of Gattopardo Ristorante di Mare, who is known for his commitment to the preservation of authentic Italian traditions with a focus on sustainable ingredients. A recipient of the Chef’s Choice Award at the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence 2016, he has also been inducted into the WSQ Mentor Chef Hall of Fame.
Here comes good news for local gourmands: From 14 to 18 March, The Library at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur will be hosting a five-day culinary showcase with Chef Lino. Go on a gastronomic journey with Chef Lino and savour his signature take on authentic Southern Italian cuisine, where his expertise of combining contemporary culinary techniques and traditional Sicilian flavours will shine through a specially designed four-course dinner menu.

The specially curated four-course Sicilian dinner by Chef Lino at The Library will be available at RM250 per person, with an option of wine pairing at RM375 per person.
