Welcome to Ronn and Red Reviews, the show where we eat halal, Muslim-friendly food and tell you how it tastes. In this episode, we’re tackling dim sum at Wondermama and Yen, and we’ve got a special guest to help us do it! Actor Azrel Ismail, star of Pulang (2018) and Mendidih Bro (2017) kindly joined us for the day and helped wolf down the halal goodies.
The key thing to note here is that although Wondermama and Yen aren’t actually halal-certified joints, they are pork-free and all of their meat is sourced from halal-certified suppliers. With that in mind, we got to reviewing!
