Emily Ratajkowski shows us how to be a New Yorker in DKNY’s AW17 campaign

A concrete jungle that has brought new meaning to making dreams come true, it’s no surprise that New York City is one of the most referenced cities across the globe, lending designers and creatives inspiration with its unpredictability and diversity. And in true New York fashion, DKNY shows us how the modern woman traipses around town in style and brimming with confidence. Model and actress Emily Ratajkowski fronts the new Autumn/Winter 2017 ad campaign, channeling the quintessential DKNY woman in the latest threads from the brand while embodying facets of the New York woman’s personality.

Titled #onlyinDKNY, the campaign sees Emily hanging out around the most unexpected places in the city, from basketball courts to the sidewalks of Manhattan, clad in athleisure gear as she turns heads along her journey. Standout pieces include updated signature essentials suhc as the logo puffer, boyfriend blazer, and a cold-shoulder turtleneck in a subdued colour palette of navy, black, white and pops of red. Spot a handful of accessories slung over her shoulder including the Mini Bryant Park Cross Saffiano backpack and a new crossbody bag monogrammed with the iconic DKNY logo.
