On 23 September 2016, Buro 24/7 Malaysia and Coach Malaysia welcomed special guests at an exclusive meet-and-greet event featuring the house’s Fall/Winter 2016 collection. This marks the digital platform’s first #InstaMeet gathering, and who better to grace the occasion than social media influencers, Bella Kuan, Brian See and Trisha Toh?
Held at the Coach store in Pavilion KL, guests were treated to sumptuous canapés and bubblies before spending the fun-filled evening with their favourite Insta-stars. Hosts for the evening, Buro 24/7 Malaysia’s fashion editor, Jason Lim and senior fashion writer, Jasmine Leong kicked things off with a warm welcome to the guests in attendance. Short welcome speeches and introduction to the Coach Fall/Winter 2016 ensued before the influencers brought their Instagram game from URL to IRL with useful tips and tricks.

Trisha Toh, or more fondly known as @trishates, started the first #InstaMeet session with valuable advice on how to master the flat lay photo. With the latest pieces off the Coach Fall 2016 collection, including the infamous dinosaur charms, as well as exclusive Buro 24/7 Malaysia items, Trisha was spoilt for choice as she picked a few favourites for her show-and-tell. After the one-of-a-kind presentation, two guests were selected from the crowd to try their hand at acing a flat lay shot with the help of Trisha. After selecting the best photo, a lucky winner got to walk away with Coach goodies.

The fun did not stop there. After the mini flat lay workshop, guests proceeded to the next activity: an OOTD session with Bella and Brian. Besides sharing the do’s and don’ts when snapping outfit pictures, the influencers also modeled in the newest Coach outerwear. On top of being invited to participate in an OOTD contest and trying various Coach outerwear that were specially prepared, guests were guided by Bella and Brian, making their Instagram snaps twice as chic. After scrolling through a series of OOTDs with the relevant hashtags (#Buro247my, #CoachFall2016), two were selected and scored themselves some Coach goodies. The other guests did not go home empty-handed as they were gifted Buro 24/7 Malaysia and Coach treats. Paulius Staniunas from All Is Amazing was at hand to capture all the fun (and stylish!) moments at this successful #InstaMeet event.
