Malaysia is now home to the largest Coach store in Southeast Asia
There are many reasons to be excited about Coach's flagship store at new retail landmark, Pavilion Elite. Topping our list has to be due to the fact that it is the New York design house's largest Coach store in Southeast Asia—we are talking a nearly 6,000 square-foot space. To fuel our excitement, the two-story space is designed by the brand's Executive Creative Director Stuart Vevers, so we can expect a modern luxury concept. Emmanuel Ruelland, Divisional Vice President, General Manager, Southeast Asia for Coach commented, "We are especially thrilled to have an anchor in Malaysia in one of the region's newest premiere shopping areas. We're confident that our modern luxury store environment, showcasing Coach's rich legacy and commitment to craftsmanship, along with product designed by Stuart Vevers, will be a destination for the discerning Southeast Asia shopper."
Centrally located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's renowned shopping district, the new store features warm lighting and inviting interiors that create an intimate entrance. Presenting a 36-foot-tall glass block façade, face-lit logos and blackened metal detailing, the new retail space greets customers with an impressive contrast of texture and luxe materials.
Paying homage to the brand's heritage, the store also draws ideas from Coach's New York City roots and showcases library-inspired design elements with authentic details. Our favourite section of the store? A Craftsmanship Bar that offers leather care, cleaning and monogramming services available exclusively for Coach customers. The new store carries ready-to-wear collections as well as a wide assortment of accessories for women and men, including bags, small leather goods, footwear, scarves and jewellery.
