Jennie makes a name for herself in Ruby

It’s the moment Rubies have been waiting for—Jennie’s debut solo album is officially out! Today, the long-awaited record was unveiled alongside a high-octane performance video of the lead single, ‘Like Jennie’. With 15 songs, Ruby features a star-studded lineup of collaborators such as FKJ, Childish Gambino, and Dua Lipa as well as the Blackpink star rapping and singing in various genres. J-Hope and Miguel wake up from ‘Sweet Dreams’ 

Marking his return to music since his military discharge in October 2024, ‘Sweet Dreams’ is a feel-good R&B track about wanting to love and be loved. “Love is such a simple emotion in this world. I think it’s an emotion that you need at this moment…A love song by J-Hope, what would that be like? I was always wondering about this topic. So I produced a song with ‘love’ as the theme,” the artist shared. 

 

Seventeen’s Wonwoo announces military enlistment date

On 5 March, Pledis Entertainment officially announced that member Wonwoo will be enlisting in the military on 3 April. The rapper will participate in the group’s annual fan concert, Seventeen in Carat Land and will appear in various pre-recorded content before he enlists. Wonwoo is the second member to carry out his mandatory military service following Jeonghan in September 2024.
