In this week's beauty news, our favourite makeup muse Cara Delevingne gives us new inspiration on how to wear a graphic/metallic eye, Lucy Liu gets a hair makeover and Miley Cyrus demonstrates her love language with new beau Cody Simpson. Also, don't miss out on new launches by Shu UemuraVictoria Beckham Beauty, Marc Jacobs Beauty and Fenty Beauty.

Cara Delevingne flaunts a futuristic metallic eye at the #GirlHero Awards

The English model and activist attended the #GirlHero Awards at Los Angeles with a statement-making beauty look that stole the show. Not one to shy away from adventurous makeup looks, Delevingne upped her graphic eye ante with a trio of hues (chrome, bronze and silver). She let her peepers do all the talking with full lashes (upper and lower) and signature full brows—complemented with a modern take on victory rolls with her twisted hairdo.

Lucy Liu jumps on the bob bandwagon

Lucy Liu is walking proof that everyone's (both celebrities and street style regulars) favourite short 'do this season is, without a doubt, the versatile bob—courtesy of celeb hairstylist Marco Santini. Talk about a foolproof way of looking eternally youthful.

Victoria Beckham creates the "perfect nude"

Can't get enough of Victoria Beckham Beauty? Add another must-score on your beauty wishlist with the brand new Lip Definers and Bitten Lip Tint. The entrepreneur and fashion designer confessed that she's always been obsessed with the '90s It-lip look—nude-brown, and intends to create the "perfect nude" for everyone.

The Lip Definer is a waterproof lip pencil that comes in six neutral hues, while the gel-like Bitten Lip Tint offers a sheer natural-matte finish with the benefits of a serum.

Rihanna demonstrates the best way to wear the new Fenty Beauty Diamond Bomb II Highlighter

The fashion and beauty mogul is on a vacay mode right now but that isn't stopping her from doing what she does best: flaunt her beauty merch. In a slow-mo video, Rihanna is seen applying the new Fenty Beauty Diamond Bomb II Highlighter, a limited-edition face and body highlighter in holographic pink, allover her décolletage and bust area. Tip: Take lots of selfies in the sun to really glean the "all-glitz-no-grit" finish.

Shu Uemura's holiday collection is one for Pokémon lovers

Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson got inked together

Miley Cyrus isn't slowing down anytime just yet in her new relationship with musician Cody Simpson. The new couple commemorated their budding relationship by getting inked together in Los Angeles—and took to Instagram to show off their tatts. Celebrity tattoo artist Nico Bassill gave Simpson a skull with crossbones and a scythe, and Cyrus a dagger-pierced bleeding heart with a caption that says "Rock n Roll Heart".

Marc Jacobs Beauty's new coloured eyeliner is absolutely budge-proof

If you can't seem to find coloured liquid eyeliners that will stay on no matter what you do (read: everything-proof, basically), Marc Jacobs Beauty's new Highliner Liquid-Gel Eyeliners are what you need to add to your shopping cart, stat.

To complement the Lust & Stardust glitter-fied collection that was launched just last week, these liquid liners come in the most glitzy of colours. From Gold-Getter (yellow-toned gold) to Glamaroon (red-maroon), these liners are smudge- and flake-resistant and absolutely waterproof—our wrist swatches did not budge one bit even after running it under water.

Now available at Sephora Malaysia.
