Like clockwork, we’ve come to expect beautiful offerings from Nars as the seasons roll by. Its newest drops – the Audacious and Fall 2017 Colour collections – have gotten us itching for new playthings. Bold and edgy are two words we’ll use to describe the two latest collections.

In the Audacious collection, we find a certain attitude to the chic new shades. The Audacious Mascara takes on rich jewel tones as it separates, lengthens and amplifies your lashes. While the Audacious Lipstick range delivers six ultra-pigmented shades in a full-coverage formula to leave no traces behind. The popularity of the Audacious Lipstick is not without merit, even Emma Stone pouted up with the brick-red Mona to the Oscars this year.

For the Fall 2017 Colour collection, it’s all about the metallic shine. The spotlight is on the shimmering new Blush, Kohliners and Dual-Intensity Eyeshadows. This season we’ll be seeing an edgy vibe, as fronted by Bella Hadid in Nars campaign, with cool metallic tones. A particular range from Fall 2017 that has been getting a lot of hype is the Nars Powermatte Lip Pigments – a highly pigmented 20-shade liquid matte lipstick collection with a gel-like formula for lasting comfort.
Nars Audacious and Fall 2017 Colour collections are available in stores from 1st August onwards.
