1. FIRE UP YOUR NIGHT AT W KUALA LUMPUR’S SATURDAY NIGHT GRILL: JAPANESE EDITION

Flock at W Kuala Lumpur is bringing out the smoke this weekend with the first installation of its Saturday Night Grill: Japanese Edition. On the menu, you’ll find all sorts of izakaya-style bites, including miso-zuke lamb ribs, Wagyu skewers, and tamarind-kombu glazed ebi kushiyaki. Asifr from the flame-kissed plates, there will also be an array of fresh sashimi, oysters, and shellfish to savour. Extra bites such as foie gras chawanmushi and steaming bowls of tori paitan ramen will also provide extra bulk to your meals. Those with a sweet tooth will also make a beeline for the dessert table, where matcha burnt cheesecakes, sakura raspberry mousse, and more await.

2. MEET UP WITH THE GROUP CHAT AT THE POCKET POP-UP FOR A DAY OF MATCHA & MUNCHING

Where: The Pocket, Sungai Besi
The Pocket is hosting its first-ever pop-up market, hosted by none other than resident matcha specialists Looozer! The vendor lineup features local brands—including Gung Jewellery, Gote, and Second Breakfast—and creators selling their pre-loved items. Brands who call The Pocket home will also be participating, so everyone’s joining in on the party!

3. TRANSPORT YOURSELF TO THE BEACHES OF IBIZA WITH CAMERON JACK’S SET AT MESA ON 51
When: 18 April 2026 | 10pm onwards

Bringing the unmistakable energy of Ibiza to the Kuala Lumpur skyline, Cameron Jack is ready to take the decks this weekend at Mesa on 51 Nikkei Lounge. 4. MAKE SURE YOU’RE EATING GOOD AT PSYCHOTIC OPERATOR X LORONG’S BABA & NYONYA DINNER

Where: Lorong by Nost & Ophanim
Psychotic Operator and Lorong are joining forces for two nights only to create a menu that centers around the bright and spirited flavours of Baba Nyonya cuisine. Lorong’s chef Jessie will be bringing the aromas and ingredients that she grew up with, whereas Psychotic Operator’s chef Brian will be bringing a modern twist to the plates. Expect tastefully fun and soulful dishes to last all weekend long, so bring your favourite foodies along.

5. KICK BACK WITH FRESH BREWS & SMOOTH BEATS AT THIRD MILE RUSH
When: 19 April 2026 | 1pm to 4pm
Where: Third Mile Rivercity
Whether you’re riding the post-run high or chasing your caffeine high, Third Mile Rivercity and CaffeineCue are ready to welcome you this Sunday with DJ sets, fresh cuppas, and a whole lot of good energy. DJs Juju, Sadon, and Priscilla Gallyot will be taking care of the beats, while the kitchen will make sure you’re well-fed (and caffeinated) during your time here. Paw parents can also bring along their furkids, so they won’t have to be left out of the fun too.

6. SIP BACK & PARTY AT UNWINED X VAGABOND’S POP-UP PARTY

Unwined is bringing back its ever-popular party programme this weekend and it’s partnering up with Vagabond to bulk up on fun. There will be lots of wine, food, and music on the agenda, so you just have to rock up with your favourite people and energy to last you through the evening.

7. HOP AROUND THE KL BAR SCENE WITH THE WORLD CLASS COCKTAIL FESTIVAL
When: 6 April to 31 May 2026
Where: Various locations across KL and Penang
The World Class Cocktail Festival is making a big return to Malaysian shores and you’re invited to raise a glass with some of our best local bars to celebrate! Happening from 6 April to 31 May, the festival wants you to get out of your cocktail comfort zone and sample as many drinks as possible—the more you try, the higher your chance of reward. The festival operates on a passport basis with which you’ll get to collect a stamp at each bar you visit.
