Get ready for the world's first Muji hotels

One of everyone’s favourite minimalist home goods store has revealed plans to open two Muji hotels—one in Japan and another in China

For the minimalist, Muji stores are like heaven. Everything is on their wish list and it's so easy to get too comfortable in the showroom section. The good news is that you will soon be able to stay at a Muji hotel. The Japanese lifestyle brand has announced they're building their first-ever Muji hotels, with the first one set to open at the end of 2017.

Here's everything else you need to know:

• The first Muji hotel will be in Shenzhen, China. Slated to open later this year, it will have four floors which will include a store and restaurant. The hotel part of the building will be on the top two floors with 79 rooms in five different layouts. 

 The rooms will be furnished with Muji products whether it's the toothbrushes or bed sheets.

 The second Muji hotel will open in Ginza, Japan where it will replace Muji Yurakucho, which is currently the world's largest Muji store. It is set to open in Spring 2019.

 Japan's Muji hotel will be housed in a 10-storey building with the lower six floors to be used as retail space and the remaining levels for the hotel.
