Chef Marco Caverni of Mandarin Grill in KL and Chef Kim Hock Su of one-Michelin-starred restaurant, Au Jardin in Penang, have teamed up to present a four-hands collaboration showcasing both their culinary skillsets. Hosted at the former restaurant, the three-day fine dining experience offers a 7-course degustation menu comprising an array of fresh ingredients, premium cuts, and succulent seafood. 2. Sip on a specially crafted cocktail dedicated to Tan Sri Michelle Yeoh at Astor Bar

In honour of Tan Sri Michelle Yeoh’s historical Oscar award for Best Actress in Everything Everywhere All At Once, The Astor Bar at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur has crafted a cocktail dubbed ‘The Michelle’ as a dedication to her achievement. Created over a private tasting session with the renowned actress herself, the eponymous cocktail is made with a blend of juniper gin, vodka, Cinzano Bianco, Angostura bitters, and a lemon twist—resulting in clean, fresh flavours based on Yeoh’s preferences. What better way to raise a toast to the extraordinary woman who broke glass ceilings by being the first Asian actress to win the Oscar category than with a drink created for that exact reason?

4. Explore the Hennessy X.O & Kim Jones Gallery at Pavilion Bukit Jalil
