2. Glorious Malaya Omakase at Nobu Kuala Lumpur, 12pm – 10.30pm, 3 & 4 August 2019
From 1 August to 31 August, Executive Chef Philip Leong and his team have crafted a distinctive seven-course menu specially for Merdeka. This is the first time that Nobu KL has introduced a menu in conjunction with the month of independence. Expect the infusion of local ingredients, such as monk fruit, palm sugar, tamarind, and coconut.
