1. Coffee + Chords & Comedy! Vol. 13 at Grind 22, Bangsar, 2.30pm – 8pm, 18 Feb

2. An Afternoon with Rent A Dress at Phileo Damansara 1, 11am – 4pm, 18 Feb

If you’ve never been able to stop by Rent A Dress on a weekday, now you can on a Saturday. Spend your afternoon checking out their dresses and speaking with their personal stylists. It’s recommended that you book a slot before you visit.

3. Foot and Ankle Workshop at The Stretch Clinic, Work@Clearwater, Damansara Heights, 2pm – 5pm, 18 Feb

If you want to learn how to identify and treat common issues associated with foot and ankle dysfunction such as bunions, flat feet, collapsing ankles and plantar fasciitis, this is the workshop for you. It’s not just for corrective exercise coaches and physiotherapists but for exercise enthusiasts as well. They’ll also be teaching exercises and specific stretching protocols to restore function and proper movement patterns.

4. Raw Vegan Chocolate Brownies & Ice Cream Workshop at Iloha Culture Centre, Bangsar, 2.30pm – 5pm, 19 Feb

This hands-on workshop will be conducted by Raw Chef Yin, one of Malaysia’s up-and-coming raw vegan chefs. She will be teaching participants how to make four healthy yet delicious vegan chocolate brownies and ice cream, complete with step-by-step handouts to bring home.
