#BuroDiningGuide: Where to order your Christmas spread for takeaway/delivery

Whether it’s for an intimate family Christmas lunch/dinner at home or a full-on spread to feed your guests for your Christmas party, you’ll need the full course. Of course, planning a party is hard enough much less cook it, and if you’re whipping up a feast for more than a handful of people, it’s going to take up even more time. Luckily, these places can cook them up for you to either takeaway or have them delivered right to your doorstep.

The BIG Group

You probably had a look at the way Benjamin Yong does his roast turkey in this month’s episode of #BuroTries and some of your probably thought it’s too much effort to DIY. Luckily, you can just have his experienced chefs do it for you! With over 15 dishes ranging from mouthwatering mains such as a succulent Roast Turkey with Sausage and Chestnut Stuffing and Braised Lamb Shoulder with Roasted Vegetables; to delectable sides such as Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower Gratin, Cucumber and Cous Cous Salad with Pomegranate and Mint Yoghurt; to amazing desserts like the Berries Pavlova Wreath and a personal favourite, the White Chocolate and Raspberry Trifle.

A new initiative to help put together a myriad of dishes and have them delivered to you is open for business, starting with a 3-course Christmas meal fit for a group of six to eight (RM480 with free delivery within Klang Valley). The feast may not have a roast turkey but it does include a beautiful 2.5kg slow-cooked stuffed roast pork shoulder accompanied by a trio of trimmings (roasted Christmas butternut squash, braised buttered purple cabbage and mashed potatoes, served with apple jam and onion gravy), apple and pork stuffing wrapped in bacon, DIY fondue with camembert, fruits and nuts plus sourdough slices, and sticky date pudding. Orders will have to be made at least three days in advance.

Each dish serves between 5-6 pax or 10-12 pax with prices for mains starting from RM118.80. While you’re at it, why not order some of their gourmet gifts – cranberry orange marmalde, gingerbread man cookies, and more – as goodies for your guests to bring home after?
