Since the unveiling of its “F is For…” communication platform in February last year, the brand has rolled out numerous projects featuring different talents such as parkour athletes and street artists. And this round, in conjunction with the launch of its Autumn/Winter 2018 sneakers, the brand is introducing F is For… Funk. Highlighting the unisex kicks that strike the right balance between modernity and functionality, the seven young dancers-who have all crushed dancing world records-flaunted their talent on the Fendi rooftop in Rome, dressed in Fendi’s clothes no less. Named the Fancy Fendi, the sneakers are all made of a combination of five different parts, and is a mix of three materials-leather, vinyl and transparent mesh-that gave that extra bit of juxtaposition. Our favourite feature, is the high wavy soles that add that bit of height boost—we’ll gladly trade our heels for this.
