The best of PFW SS19 day 4: Y/Project’s accordion fold bags

Statement bags for the win, even more so when designers have a sense of humour and model them after an early 20th century squeezebox. Shaped like an accordion, with leather straps threaded through its pleats reinforced by steel grommets, the box-shape bag is seen in two sizes-a large briefcase shape and a mini bucket bag. We’re big fans of the latter, its miniature size and characteristic shape makes it the perfect party bag to bring on a night out. (Check our other favourite mini and micro bags here). Albeit small, the petite bag is big enough to fit all your essentials. We figure storage will be a cinch too. Just like an accordion, squeeze to compress.
