Attention ladies: arm cuffs are back, and there are more ways to wear them. After two years in Paris, Rodarte made its return to New York Fashion Week—much to everyone’s delight—and its Spring/Summer 2019 show didn’t disappoint. Held at the New York City Marble Cemetry, the drizzle definitely gave the romantic looks a complementing dose of melancholy. Accompanying the ruffled and floral-filled collection, are floral headpieces (Beyoncé’s recent cover hinted at the trend) beautifully adorning the models’ hair, along with metallic floral sculpture that extend down the arms. From stacking three contrasting coloured cuffs on one hand to accessorising matching ones on the back of both palms, founders Kate and Laura Mulleavy gave the arm cuffs each much-needed revival, and we’ll be hopping on the bandwagon.
