For the women’s collection this upcoming season, Uniqlo is introducing cigarette jeans—our new favourite denim for a handful of reasons: It’s stretchable, ultra comfortable and easily reverts back to its original shape. To elevate it for a date night, pair it with a satin bomber jacket that’s also new this season. Fret not over breaking into a sweat, as it is lightweight enough to be worn in our climate. Plus, we can’t resist its sleek satin finish. If you need to up the ante, pair the jeans with the new faux leather rider jacket—biker chic in a flash.
Speaking of jackets, Uniqlo’s men’s collection also has two new picks that we have our eye on. The MA-1 blouson comes in three colours (black, olive, and navy) and is the embodiment of fashion meets functionality. Spot the zipped pockets along the sleeves for you to keep your essentials. Also, faux leather jackets in two variations are available for men’s as well. Channel a modern-day James Dean aesthetic by wearing it over a white tee and Uniqlo’s tapered jeans for men, along with a pair of boots for a rugged edge.
