In case you missed it, the 95th Academy Awards was quite the affair—with Everything Everywhere All At Once taking home the most accolades, Rihanna performing ‘Lift Me Up’ for the first time, and our Malaysian pride Tan Sri Michelle Yeoh winning the Best Actress award as the first Asian performer to do so.
On the red carpet, or rather, the champagne carpet, the fashion highlights did not fall short either. Cara Delevingne appeared in a striking red couture gown by Elie Saab, while Michelle Williams looked angelic in a Chanel white silk chiffon bustier dress. Yeoh also had an all-white moment in her Dior Haute Couture long dress with waves of feathers in ivory silk organza—aptly matching her internal grace and elegance.
The Gucci gang were all dressed to the nines, with Jessica Chastain sporting a silver crystal and sequin-embroidered gown, Paul Mescal donning an ivory double-breasted tuxedo jacket, and Salma Hayek in a shimmering orange gown embellished with sequins. Also, leave it to Saint Laurent to dress bona fide movie stars, as Lenny Kravitz and Austin Butler both arrived on location looking dapper with their distinct sense of style.
