Emmys 2024: The most stylish celebrities on the red carpet

The Emmy Awards made a vibrant return to the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles today, serving another night of exciting moments. Hosted by father-son duo Eugene and Dan Levy, the prestigious ceremony saw hit TV-shows The Bear and Baby Reindeer rake in an impressive four awards each. At the same time, Hiroyuki Sanada and Anna Sawai made history as the first Japanese actors to win Emmys for their roles in Shogun

On the red carpet, fashion was at its finest. Brie Larson radiated retro glamour in a custom navy blue peplum midi dress by Chanel, finished with a sleek ponytail and black pumps. Nicola Coughlan dazzled in an off-the-shoulder silver sequined gown from Prabal Gurung, while Anna Sawai impressed in a bespoke red strapless mermaid dress by Vera Wang. Gleaming in Oscar de la Renta, Jennifer Aniston wore a pearl-embroidered column gown embellished with crystals, while Kristen Wiig stunned in a show-stopping metallic basketweave dress.

Beyond metallics, the red carpet was also punctuated by a series of pink moments. Eiza González turned heads in a Tamara Ralph dress with a daring neckline, paired with a feathered floor-length coat. Meryl Streep brought elegance in custom pink Alexander McQueen, while Aja Naomi King was a vision in a Giambattista Valli mini dress, adorned with floral details on the bust and a voluminous train.

Meanwhile, Jonathan Bailey stole the spotlight in a tuxedo, effortlessly paired with a pale gold silk satin shirt from Giorgio Armani (though the titillating peek of chest hair was entirely his own). Richard Gadd put a twist on his classic Loewe suit by adding a kilt, while Tyler James Williams kept it minimal with his sleeveless Dolce & Gabbana tuxedo shirt.
