Scroll on for our favourite fashion campaigns of the merry season:

Salvatore Ferragamo

In an ode to the world of cinema, Salvatore Ferragamo presents “It’s Movie O’Clock!”, a portfolio of a three-episode short and photographs that celebrate the warmth and joy of friendship and togetherness. Part one of the campaign sees six Italian talents as they get together for a dinner and movie night which is then prompted by a mysterious invitation that will link to the second and third episodes, featuring global ambassadors Jelly Lin and Red Velvet’s Seulgi in China and Korea. Shot by film director Barbara Anastacio, we get a glimpse of the privacy and warmth of shared moments throughout the campaign, alongside plenty of delectable Ferragamo accessories and apparel: glittered F-heel mules and boots; a brand new penny loafer decorated with a Viva bow, the Studio Bag in fabulous woven leather; and elegantly cut shirts and separates that are must-haves for any special occasion.

Versace

Lace up your boots and take to the ice because Versace wants you to get active for the festive season. Winter sports gets a very Versace glam-up in a new campaign featuring professional skater Rebecca Ghilardi alongside models-teammates Stella Maxwell and Malika Louback as “Team Versace”. Ghilardi is a vision of strength and poise as she spins and pirouettes across the ice while showcasing the new vibrant colours of the covetable La Medusa handbag. Meanwhile, Maxwell and Louback don pieces from the Barocco party wear collection featuring the new LA Greca print.

Prada

Dreaming of a white Christmas? So is Prada. The Italian luxury house unveiled a cinematic 2-minute short titled “A Midwinter’s Night Dream for the holidays, transporting us to a serene snow-covered Los Angeles filled with the magic and wonder of Christmas. With the help of director Glen Luchford, a line-up of this generation’s brightest Hollywood stars made up of Julia Garner, Shira Haas, Louis Partridge and Taylor Russell dressed in rhinestone-studded get-ups as they journey across the frozen terrain to reach a joyous gathering. The latest cardigans, dresses, suits and accessories glimmer against the dreamy backdrop of a white night, as Tchaikovsky’s ‘Waltz of the Flowers’ (The Nutcracker, anyone?) echoes triumphantly throughout.

Loewe

Photographed by Tyler Mitchell, Loewe’s holiday campaign evokes the feeling of nostalgia that comes with living room memories via a cast of real friends and families to celebrate the festive season. Their principle for the season? “The most thoughtful gifts are the simple but beautiful ones.” As such, Loewe’s Christmas selection of goods arrive in an electric clash of colour and craft, ranging from charming nature-inspired wallets, phone cases and cardholders to fresh iterations of their iconic handbags like the Puzzle Hobo (in new sizes and colours), the Flamenco clutch (in anagram print) and the Amazona 23––a classic that was first introduced in 1975 and recently returned for AW21 show.

Miu Miu

Who better to hit the dancefloor with than Miu Miu? Just in time for the party season, the house debuts Miu Miu Nuit, a collection that revels in the celebration of the evening dress, alongside the accompanying, electric feeling of a night out. Starring the next generation of female talent––Ever Anderson, Ciara Bravo, and KiKi Layne––the campaign evokes the bright flash of a paparazzi photo in a fancy bar to capture the glittering, embroidered details of the looks in its full glory, and encapsulate the fantastical imagination of a night we can all relate to. Who wouldn’t want to join the party?

Coach

Capturing the season’s spirit of warmth and connection, Coach’s “Give A Little Love” campaign celebrates love and affection as the greatest gift of all. Joining the house are members of the Coach Family as well as with their loved ones: Jennifer Lopez; Michael B. Jordan; Kiko Mizuhara and her sister Yuka; Paloma Elsesser with her grandmother; Rickey Thompson and his cousin; and Barbie Ferreira with her cat Morty among others. Captured by photographer Pierre-Ange Carlotti, the images present a snowy New York wonderland alongside cosy knits, teddy bear coats and plenty of eye-catching handbags.

In accompaniment, the house has also released a special holiday episode of Coach TV with new vignettes inspired by nostalgic holiday film, television and pop culture references that include J.Lo recreating an iconic scene from her 2002 music video “All I Have”, and fun infomercials starring Bob the Drag Queen. (P.S. Campaign aside, Coach has also brought their snow-filled dreamscape to Kuala Lumpur via a bespoke holiday installation at Pavilion KL.)
