You can always expect a colour-loving crowd when the weather is dreary. Despite the rainy start to the week, the Parisian fashion pack injected sprightly pops of colour to their trend-blazing ensembles. We saw plenty of primary colours this time around, with reds dominating via statement coats, accessories and outerwear details. A bold snazzy green (incidentally this year’s Pantone colour) was also present, with some street style regulars stopping traffic in vivid blue-and-green looks. This season’s most popular colour on the runways—pink—took a slight backseat with subtle nuances, from a plush scarf to bowed heels.
