The fashion-forward folk in Paris shows us how drama can be done on the streets with flashes of red

Fashion's best rendition of pomp and circumstance is underway as we type, with Paris Haute Couture Week Autumn/Winter 2017 in full swing right now in all its splendour. As expected, show attendees and models are serving a major dose of drama courtesy of their head-to-toe ensembles upon hitting the streets. A constant we've spotted is the sporadic amounts of red—be it in a full-fledged head-turning number or by way of subtle flashes. A couple of style cues to pick up on from the fashion-forward populace include: Ace the red-on-red trend by having fun with textures; adding pops of colour to your outfit is easy breezy with an accessory in a fiery shade (you can match your shoes and bag too); but if all else fails, an accessory in the form of a mode of transportation works too—how snazzy is that red Vespa?
