What went down at Dior Homme’s first Hong Kong show

You might have heard of last weekend’s shenanigans that was Dior Homme’s first live show in Hong Kong, featuring Kris Van Assche’s collection for winter 2016-17 in Shaw Studio where the backdrop evoked a raw, industrial vibe in line with the collection’s urban contemporary aesthetic. Among notable moments include VIP guests who graced the red carpet before the show—from Korean’s most popular star as of late, Song Joong Ki, Nick Cheung, Wu Chun and Jin Akanishi; Willy Vanderperre’s film projected in fragments across a few screens as part of the show’s setting; and the after-party featuring French electronic quartet Club Cheval lending their techno-house-R’n’B remixes as the dance playlist of the night.
