Like the previous campaigns, the black-and-white images featuring Robert Pattinson were shot by Karl Lagerfeld, but the artsy concept is definitely what stands out this season. The star channels the spirit of an artist in Paris by posing in an artist studio, with the Parisian skyline serving as the backdrop of the shots. The get-ups (designed by creative director Kris Van Assche) spotted on Robert were slightly more laidback and casual. Bomber jacket and jeans were complemented with an all-black backpack, and suave pantsuits were paired with sporty kicks, giving the overall campaign a refreshing air. Result? A combination of past (the iconic skyline), present (a modern artist’s studio) and future (contemporary ensembles), which definitely reflects the brand’s aesthetics.
