Not one to shy away from loud prints and bold coloured suits, British singer-songwriter Harry Styles has been tapped to star in Gucci’s latest Men’s tailoring advertising campaign, shot at a location close to home. Photographed by Glen Luchford under the creative direction of Alessandro Michele, the campaign images feature Harry Styles hanging out at a local fish and chips shop with some friends (read: dogs and a chicken). Dressed in the Italian label’s latest suit offerings, the looks include a pied-de-poule check suit, a wool mohair jacket with embroidered collar, a wool suit with Yankees patches and an ink-grey bee check suit complete with a waistcoat. The ensembles were all paired with notice-me accessories, from a socks-and-sandal combo and a ring on (almost) every finger, to a Guccy brooch and a blanket in clashing print—adding that exuberant flair to a neighbourhood “chippy”, as the locals call them.
