A look at all the new lust-worthy pieces from Dior’s AW18 Oblique collection

Designed by Marc Bohan back in 1967, the Dior Oblique canvas was first reintroduced by Maria Grazia Chiuri at the Autumn/Winter 2017 show in a series of bags, and the monogrammed pieces have been spotted on many fashion A-listers such as Rihanna and Bella Hadid ever since. Fast forward two seasons, the French fashion house is back again with a new collection for AW18, with an expanded list of offerings in different colours that are wishlist-worthy.

Bags-wise, aside from the saddle, Miss Dior and DiorAddict bags, the popular Book Tote that has been making its rounds on social media is back in a deep Amaranth hue this season. Fun fact: It requires 37 hours of embroidery, and more than one and a half million stitches for the graphic design to be reproduced—talk about intricacy! If you want to add just a hint of print into your look, the Mitzah scarf—named after Christian Dior’s muse, Mitzah Bricard—is made for you. The versatile accessory can be wrapped around your wrist, tied around your neck or be worn as a headband. If you’re in the mood for something bolder, check out the wooden clogs with slingback leather straps—it’s a trendy alternative to your usual flats, for sure.
