7 Cute stationery shops around KL for craft lovers and art enthusiasts

We get it, shopping for stationery can be so addictive. From perusing the many swatches of washi tapes and stickers to expanding your ever-growing pile of notebooks, it’s easy to get lost in the arts and crafts world. Whether you’re aiming to make the most beautiful bullet journal spread or just getting into the habit of scrapbooking, here are seven stationery shops around KL that offer aesthetically pleasing and good quality stationery and crafting supplies for your creative needs.

Anyone from avid scrapbookers, bullet journallers to sticker hoarders would know the ever-popular Stickerrific. This stationery shop’s shelves are filled to the brim with huge selections of marker pens, imported stickers, washi tapes, journals, wax seals, and more. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned crafter, you can find whatever arts and crafts supplies you need when sifting through their wide array of products (beware, you could easily spend a couple hours in here). And if that’s not enough reason to head over, Stickeriffic also houses several cats, known endearingly as the shop’s ‘paw keepers’, who you can find lounging atop the cashier (they like to fit in the washi tape basket) or ambling from aisle to aisle.

A family-owned business, CzipLee is pretty much a household name for many in the art community what with its 50 years in the scene. It has racks full of stationery supplies ranging from marker pens, fountain pens, files, notepads, sketchbooks, watercolour paint, and more. Its flagship store is in Southkey, Johor but KL-ites can shop at their Bangsar outlet that also offers the same amount of arts and crafts items on neatly arranged shelves. Further, there are also products for little ones with a creative flair such as crayons, colouring books, and glitter kits. Their Bangsar outlet is currently under renovation until early December, but you can still shop their stationery items and craft supplies on Bangsar Southkey’s website. Plus, you can still try out their famous CzipPlus Ink Bar in Kinokuniya Books, Suria KLCC to make your own ink colour!
