There’s no denying that people from the Renaissance period had a lot of fun, albeit in ways entirely different than we do today. But as electronic devices didn’t exist back then, people could only capture their happening antics via literature or art. Creative agency Serial Kolor – based in Karachi, Pakistan – decided to jazz things up for them.
The agency turns emblematic Renaissance paintings into those typical fun-loving photos we see on Instagram, by adding those signature boxy windows, along with likes, hashtags and followers, for good measure. Check out the rock n’ rollin’ Renaissance folk below:
