In the headlines this week, Kim Kardashian West is launching a trio of scents in collaboration with her sisters, Meghan Markle gives us yet another iteration of her favourite hairdo, celebrities are taking their Halloween makeup to greater (and spookier) heights, while brands including Jo Malone London and M.A.C Cosmetics have got something special lined up for the upcoming holiday season.

The Kardashian sisters collaborate on a new fragrance

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have teamed up to create a trio of fragrances that are each inspired by their own favourite scents. The KKW Fragrance Diamonds Collection is the second time that Kim Kardashian West has collaborated with her family member(s) on a fragrance—the first was also a trio of lip-shaped perfumes that she had co-released with Kylie Jenner.

“Working with my sisters for this collection was nostalgic. Fragrance is so personal, so being able to create my own scent from start to finish was an exciting experience,” says Kourtney in an Instagram post. “I wanted to create a vibrant one that matches my classic, playful vibe. The combination of Golden Berries, Jasmine and Vanilla is refreshing.” The collection drops this 8 November.

The duo also lend their artistic interepretation to the iconic Crème de la Mer with two new designs inspired by the same photography from the campaign.


Meghan Markle updates her updo

Yep, you read that right. Everyone’s favourite brand of cork slides has come up with a skincare range that incorporates an ingredient found in their shoes—surprise surprise, cork oak extract. Birkenstock Natural Skincare launched in Europe last year with a full collection (cleanser, toner, moisturiser, exfoliator and more) that are 100% cruelty-free, paraben-free and vegan. All formulas are infused with suberin, a molecule found in cork oak extract that helps with reducing the signs of ageing and helps the skin retains moisture.
