BURO Spotlights: Ulike unveils two revolutionary new beauty devices in Bangkok

Here’s what went down at Ulike’s Future Beauty Made Easy event in Bangkok’s House on Sathorn earlier this week…

When it comes to the cream of the crop in beauty tech, Ulike is certainly a leader. Since its founding in 2013, the Chinese brand has made waves with its impressive lineup of beauty and body care devices, earning its standing as a trusted household name.

(L to R) Yvonne Yuan, Marketing Director of Ulike Group Southeast Asia; KM Leong, General Manager of Ulike Group Southeast Asia, and Davika Hoorne, Ulike’s new regional celebrity brand ambassador.

“Our aim has always been to transcend and redefine technology in the beauty and body care industry for all consumers with different needs and preferences,” explains Mr Leong KM, General Manager of Southeast Asia for the Ulike Group. “Fueled by research and innovation, Ulike’s north star is to introduce cutting-edge devices that are effective, safe and high-quality, bringing professional beauty technology to consumers’ homes, now in Southeast Asia.”

Now, Ulike is expanding its offerings with two revolutionary new devices. We took a whirlwind trip to Bangkok earlier this week to join the brand for the official unveiling of its new lineup. Held at The House on Sathorn, it was Ulike’s biggest regional event to date.

“The official launch of the Ulike Air 3 and Ulike ReGlow LED Face Mask today is Ulike’s step in going beyond pioneering the home beauty IPL hair removal industry and introducing a new category, providing a comprehensive solution for facial skincare to the region, addressing important concerns that many consumers have,” said Mr Leong of the launches.

In attendance were our Friends of BURO and Ulike Malaysian Ambassadors Marion Caunter, Anna Jobling, Marsila Hassan and Gladish Chan, who stunned at the glitzy affair. In addition to the double product launch, the brand also revealed its new regional face for 2024, Thai actress and model Davika Hoorne.

And onto the main event: the two new products are the Ulike Sapphire Air-3 IPL hair removal device and the Ulike ReGlow LED Face Mask. To get the full inside look at the two new devices, here’s the full breakdown:

The Ulike Sapphire Air3 Ice Cooling IPL Hair Removal Device

This IPL hair removal device is a game-changer in your hair removal routine. Taking the pain and inconvenience of laser hair removal out of the equation, the Ulike Sapphire Air-3 is equipped with a state-of-the-art cooling system that enables it to be used all over the body, even on more sensitive areas like the bikini line or face. It’s also highly effective, with permanent results promised in just three short weeks.

This high-spec LED mask is the brand’s first venture into LED-powered devices, having been designed to improve the signs of premature ageing, prevent breakouts, and boost radiance. The non-invasive device features four versatile application modes, each combining two to three wavelengths of light to allow users to tailor their sessions to their needs.

With just 10 minutes of use a day, users can expect to see results in just 14 days—and you won’t even have to leave your home!
