You know the meme culture is probably not going anywhere soon when Gucci is on the train. The brand recently launched #TFWGucci (That Feeling When Gucci) on Instagram, a collaborative art project featuring memes created by a lineup of international artists and meme-makers—all handpicked by Alessandro Michele. Of the series of memes, some feature original photographs, while others are reappropriated paintings, but they all have one thing in common (besides being witty): timepieces from the new Le Marché des Merveilles collection by Gucci take centre stage in the images.
