Punk meets 19th-century prints: Loewe x William Morris
Loewe's exclusive capsule collection features four bold prints designed by the legendary British artist, William Morris.

If you're already bookmarking snazzy items under your 'Holiday Gifts' folder for the upcoming festive season, we suggest swinging by Loewe's store this November to catch wind of what the Spanish label is offering. Loewe will launch an exclusive capsule collection that is inspired by the work of William Morris, a renowned British artist, writer and textile designer from the late 19th century.

For this collection, Loewe's creative director Jonathan Anderson has selected a medley of original prints from the Morris & Co. archives for a range of men's and womenswear pieces. "William Morris fundamentally changed the way we look at applied craft, making him one of the most important designers of the last 200 years," said Anderson in a press release.

If you love botanical prints and heritage-backed pieces that tell a story, this collection is made for you. Four archival prints that were designed between 1874 and 1883 were selected by Anderson: Strawberry Thief, Forest, Acanthus and Honeysuckle—all of which are juxtaposed with unpredictable, punkish elements such as vivid orange and bleached denim details for a contemporary aesthetic. You can spot these motifs emblazoned over Loewe's bestselling accessories such as the Puzzle and Hammock bags, the T clutch, alongside smaller accessories such as brooches, scarves and keychains.
