For 2023, the brand has finally ticked off all twelve zodiacs with its latest Piaget Altiplano Rabbit watch. Simple and sophisticated, Piaget tapped one of the watch world’s most well-known and respected enamellers, Anita Porchet, to design the beauteous dial where two adorable white bunnies are seen sitting together against a foggy, watercolour-like background. Limited to just 38 pieces, each boasts a bezel set with 78 brilliant-cut diamonds and 43 hours of power reserve, courtesy of Piaget’s ultra-thin manual-wind 430P mechanical hand-wound movement.

Chopard L.U.C XP Urushi Year of the Rabbit
In Chopard’s ongoing tradition to honour Chinese culture, the Maison has released its annual limited-edition Lunar New Year 88-piece watch: The L.U.C XP Urushi Year of the Rabbit. Its magnificent dial was brought to life in Japan by world-class artisans who specialise in the ancient art of Urushi lacquer and the Japanese Maki-e technique. Each dial illustrates a scene of two rabbits frolicking amongst Chinese olive trees beneath a full moon, encapsulated in a 39.5mm 18-karat ethical rose gold case. The watch is powered by an automatic winding L.U.C Calibre 96.17-L with a micro-rotor and 65 hours of power reserve, making it only 6.7mm thin.

For the house of Breguet, the brand welcomes the Year of the Rabbit with a 2023 Chinese New Year edition timepiece, the new Classique 9075. Designed for women, the watch is adorned with six rabbits (one of the lucky numbers for the zodiac) prancing around against a vivid blue background with fluffy clouds.
