WANDERLUST + CO LANDS IN THE UNITED STATES
Guess who just took a bite out of the Big Apple? That’s right—our own Wanderlust + Co. After establishing its presence with five stores across Asia, the homegrown brand continues to spread its wings with a standalone store on New York City’s Bleecker Street. The opening marks a new milestone for Wanderlust + Co, which started as an online-only direct-to-consumer brand, as it gears up for further expansion across the US.
FRANCK MULLER DROPS THE CURVEX CX
Franck Muller remains ahead of the curve—pun fully intended—with the Curvex CX. Adopting the curved case and inimitable contours of the iconic Cintrée Curvex, the new core collection puts a new spin on the watchmaker’s distinguished design. One of the most notable creative liberties taken here is the reworked case. Featuring a sapphire crystal that extends to the bracelet as well as a sleek and “invisible” bezel, the Curvex CX puts a great emphasis on the dial.
CHANEL DEBUTS A SWEET-SCENTED COLLECTION
The iconic N°5 fragrance has taught us the secret to smelling like success for over a century—now it’s time to look the part. Following the launch of a high jewellery line in honour of the fragrance’s centennial celebration in 2021, Chanel has unveiled its fine jewellery counterpart, Collection N°5. The outstanding novelties include a necklace that seamlessly transforms into a choker, a tricolour gold bracelet, and a single earring steeped in yellow gold.
ULYSSE NARDIN RETURNS TO THE SEA WITH A NEW DIVER
Pushing forward with its ocean conservation initiative, Ulysse Nardin has introduced the limited-edition Diver [Hammerhead Shark]. The watch boasts specifications unique to the brand’s high-horology dive watch, Ulysse Nardin Diver. Those include the 300-metre water resistance and a uni-directional rotating bezel for timing dives. Keeping in step with other “shark line” releases, one percent of its annual sales will be donated to conservation efforts.
FRED SMASHES IT WITH THE LATEST FORCE 10 BRACELET
The love story between Fred and Roland-Garros enters a new chapter with the latest iterations of the Force 10 bracelet. Taking a cue from the tournament’s signature colours and codes, the five variations come with a cable in a terracotta, white, and neon yellow combo as well as in terracotta corderie. The buckle has also been given a timely upgrade with mandarin garnet semi-pavé, which is inspired by the ocher of clay, and white and yellow diamond versions.
