Introducing Montblanc Malaysia’s first Friend of the Brand: Lawrence Wong

After years of working with the brand, Montblanc Malaysia has announced its first Friend of the Brand, and it’s none other than actor Lawrence Wong. Born in Malaysia, the 30-year-old star has acted in Singapore and Thailand, and has ventured into the China market the past two years. He recently starred in the hottest Chinese drama at the moment—the Story of Yanxi Palace, and will be appearing in two more series in China—Love and Passion, and One Boat, One World.

In a statement released by the brand, the President of Montblanc Southeast Asia says, “Lawrence is without a doubt an ideal personality for Montblanc. We recognise his consistent association with the Maison since 2014, translating and reflecting the brand values to create genuine emotional connection with the target audiences.” The actor had nothing but praises for the brand as well, saying he has always admired the brand’s craftsmanship, innovation and style, which are a reflection of Montblanc’s commitment in delivering the best luxury accessories, be it the iconic writing instruments, watches or leather goods.
