Days before this year’s edition of SIHH, Swiss luxury watch brand Jaeger-LeCoultre has announced a new face for the brand, and it’s none other than British actor Benedict Cumberbatch. Described by the brand as a man who “embodies the elegant and active man of today with his integrity as an actor, a family man and someone who dedicates himself with energy to charitable endeavors”, Benedict is no doubt a fitting addition to the Jaeger-LeCoultre family. The actor—who sported the brand’s Master Ultra Thin Perpetual engraved watch in his 2016 Marvel movie Dr. Strange—will be making his debut at SIHH next week.
