Lobster at its best: Pince & Pints to open in Kuala Lumpur

Taking Duxton Hill, Singapore’s hippest dining enclave by storm, Pince & Pints have been delivering lobster-only comfort food that will impress seafood lovers everywhere since 2014. In October 2015, Pince & Pints Kuala Lumpur will open its doors to their 55-seater restaurant in one of the premier bustling foodie precincts of Kuala Lumpur and here are 4 reasons why we are eagerly anticipating their opening.

1. The ambience

Pince & Pints Kuala Lumpur combines the rustic charm of lobster houses in New England with the polished sophistication of city life that consists of an elegant mix of marble, walnut timber finish, bronze mirrors and copper detailing. Diners can also look forward to see one of Malaysia’s most celebrated artists, Ahmad Zakii Anwar’s lobster inspired artwork that will be featured in the restaurant.

2. Fresh, fresh lobsters.

Freshly caught lobsters will be flown in direct from Boston, Maine and Canada, twice weekly to Pince & Pints’ own holding facility with specifically tuned-in conditions to maintain the freshness of each lobster. No lobster is allowed to stay more than 7 days in the restaurant to ensure that the lobsters served here are always of top quality — meaty, fresh, and juicy.

3. Mouth-watering menu

With only 5 must-try items on the menu, we can tell that each dish will be cooked to perfection. From The Lobster Roll, a New England classic, to the Lobster Noodles, a unique and exclusive dish created for the Kuala Lumpur outlet, diners can expect to appreciate their lobsters in the most appetizing ways.

4. Drinks made to please

Whether in search for the perfect cocktail to start your meal or a dessert-like concoction to enjoy after satisfying your lobster cravings, the cocktails at Pince & Pints are made to further excite and tantalise your tastebuds and dining experience. An array of boutique wines from all over the world from family-operated vineyards that proudly produce organic wines are also available, along with unique artisanal brews of beer. For those who don’t consume alcohol, mocktails with a Pince & Pints original twist promise to be crowd pleasers.
