SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

Maurice Lacroix (DKSH Luxury & Lifestyle (M) Sdn Bhd) will be fully in charge of the shipment for domestic orders.
Shipping charges apply for international orders.
The goods will be delivered to your doorsteps within 14 working days, upon confirmation of order.
In the event that the product is not received within 14 working days, please contact DKSH Luxury & Lifestyle (M) Sdn Bhd.

WARRANTY

2 years from the date of purchase for manufacturer defects only.
Please note that your international Maurice Lacroix warranty is only valid if it is accompanied by the attached Warranty Registration Booklet.
This Warranty Registration Booklet must be completed in every part and signed by the authrorised Maurice Lacroix retailer where you bought your watch.
The Warranty Registration Booklet must bear the serial number and the reference number of the watch and the exact date of purchase.
It must also bear the stamp and signature of the authorised Maurice Lacroix retailer.
This warranty does not cover the crystal, leather straps or any damage caused by inappropriate use, such as sharp knocks, extreme heat or cold or strong magnetic fields.
Any repair or maintenance work carried out by unauthorised person shall also automatically make this warranty null and void.
In addition, this warranty does not cover the quartz mechanism batteries.

To place an order with us you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an order with us only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it accordingly. The product should be returned to us at the postal address below within 14 days after the day of receipt of the product.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the eCommerce and/or its services if we believe you are in breach of our terms and conditions or applicable law, or for any other reason without notice or liability. We will revoke the eCommerce privileges of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Any breach of this provision would constitute a offence under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia act 1998. In the event such breach occurs, IMV Malaysia will report the breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and appropriate legal action will be taken.
