Beyond its amazing street food, vibrant nightlife, and bounteous shopping opportunities, Bangkok just has so much to offer as a travel destination. When it comes down to its coffee culture, the capital of the Land of Smiles is also no less dynamic.

Over the past couple of years, more and more cafes have been vying for their spot in the city and today, you’ll never be too far away from that much-needed cuppa no matter where you are in the city. Ahead, we’ll be looking into some of Bangkok’s most popular cafes.

With three locations across Bangkok, Roast has made a solid name for itself and for good reason. This OG cafe isn’t just located at one of Bangkok’s hottest places to hang out—the casual all-day eatery is also known for its hearty, comforting food and delicious coffee. This micro roastery boasts 10 locations across the city and was established by a small team of coffee fanatics. Its coffee doesn’t just taste good but also has good intentions incorporated as the cafe strongly believes in pouring into the well-being of everyone involved in the coffee journey through its resources, from baristas and roasters to farmers.

A quaint cafe located within Central World’s Zen department store, H ø s t x Amber is a partnership with the exquisite and award-winning Amber Coffee Brewery from Hong Kong, which won the Top 4 World Barista Champion. Famed for its syphon coffee, the cafe’s cosy, modern, and clean interiors make for a nice respite in between all the shopping.
