W Bali is landing in the city as it takes over W Kuala Lumpur’s bars and restaurants for this weekend only! This exciting collaboration will see a series of curated events to bring you a taste of what the idyllic W Bali has to offer. On Saturday, join in on the ‘Fire by the Pool’ barbecue party with the visiting hotel’s Fire restaurant and stay late for ‘After Dark’, an electrifying night with music and dancing alongside Damian Saint from W Bali and Victor G from W Kuala Lumpur. The weekend ends on Sunday with ‘The Sunday Affair feat. Fire’ with a menu that details some of the restaurant’s signature dishes like traditional slow-roasted Balinese duck Betutu.

4. DISCOVER G-SHOCK’S LATEST COLLABORATION WITH AGAINST LAB AT ‘THE UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE’ POP-UP

Following their successful collaboration in 2022, G-Shock has once again partnered with local streetwear brand Against Lab to create a new watch: the DW-5600AL24. This new timepiece retains the iconic square face of the original G-Shock, with neon circular elements on a matte white base and a playful soundwave LED backlight. You can check it out yourself at ‘The Universal Language’ pop-up store, which is themed as a retro record shop. Here, you can hold the vintage audio equipment and relive the nostalgic days of mixtapes and radios.

Featuring work from four young Malaysian artists—Umar Sharif, Amanda Gayle, Ryan Tang and Siti Gunong—’Malu Tapi Mahu’ is a group show that explores a universal feeling: Wanting to do something but having shyness or shame get in the way.
