The program will feature coffees from Galapagos Islands and other parts of South America, Borneo, Thailand, and more. Currently being served is a brew from the hills of Chiang Mai, Thailand — the Duang Dee Hill Tribe Coffee.
This coffee grown by the hill tribe villagers of Chiang Mai is a platform through which the tribes are able to maintain their traditional way of life with a healthy income. From the Duang Dee Coffee project, these major hill tribes —the Lisu, Akha, Hmong, Karen, Lahu and Thai Yai— have seen major improvements in their living conditions and have developed a sustainable economic model.
